If you’ve never played it, Deus Ex is one of the best games ever made, still holds up perfectly today, can be had for about a quid on Steam and will run happily on a toaster. I’m about to try to track down the little-loved Mac version, will link when I find it, though you’ll need a Power-based Mac as it only runs in Classic.

I’ve had it for a few weeks now, so I feel ready to actually make a few observations about it. Now these might be a bit meandering and not very insightful, but it’ll certainly be interesting to revisit this in a year.
First, the keyboard. Now I don’t type abnormally fast but I’m certainly not slow when it comes to cranking out words, and I’m pleased to say that...
